By enrolling in a membership with The Builders & Cleaners LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Contractor”), you (“Owner”) agree to the following:

1. What We Do

We provide home advisory and consulting services only, including:

• Guidance on maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and remodeling ideas
• Help identifying issues or potential improvements
• General budgeting and planning guidance
• Answering questions about your home

All services are advisory only.

2. What We Do NOT Do

Under this membership, we do not:

• Perform any construction, repair, or physical work
• Act as a contractor, subcontractor, or construction manager
• Hire or supervise contractors on your behalf
• Manage or oversee your project

You are solely responsible for hiring and managing any contractors or service providers.

3. Separate Contracts for Any Work

If you choose to move forward with any work:

• It will require a separate written agreement
• That agreement will comply with applicable state and local laws
• This membership does not include or authorize any construction work

4. Estimates and Recommendations

Any pricing, budgets, or recommendations we provide are:

• Preliminary and non-binding
• For planning purposes only
• Subject to change based on actual project conditions

We do not guarantee costs, timelines, or results.

5. On-Site Visits

Any on-site visit is:

• For inspection and advisory purposes only
• Not for performing work or repairs

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless for any claims arising out of our presence on-site to the extent caused by your acts or omissions.

6. Third-Party Contractors

If we suggest contractors or service providers:

• They are independent third parties
• We do not control or guarantee their work
• Any agreement is strictly between you and them

7. No Project Management or Agency

We are not your agent or project manager.

We do not:

• Make decisions for your project
• Direct contractors
• Control construction methods or safety

You remain fully responsible for your project and all decisions.

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Project outcomes
• Work quality
• Contractor performance
• Costs or timelines

All decisions and risks remain with you.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of where your project is located.

Bronze Membership

$39/month or $420/year

Includes:

• Unlimited phone and virtual consultations for home advice and troubleshooting
• 1 on-site advisory visit per year (scheduled in advance)
• 1 priority advisory visit per year (target response within 24–48 hours for urgent issues)
• General budget guidance and non-binding estimates for potential projects

Important Notes

• All services are advisory only
• No construction or repair work is included
• Any work you choose to move forward with requires a separate written agreement
• Pricing discussed is preliminary and not guaranteed

Future Projects

If you choose to hire us for a project in the future:

• That work will be handled under a separate contract
• You may be eligible for preferred pricing at our discretion

Scheduling

All visits must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Silver Membership

$69/month or $745/year

Includes:

• Unlimited phone and virtual consultations for home advice and troubleshooting
• 2 on-site advisory visits per year (scheduled in advance) for inspection and recommendations
• 2 priority advisory visits per year (target response within 24–48 hours for urgent issues)
• General budget guidance and non-binding estimates for potential projects

• Any on-site visit is limited to inspection and consultation only

• General budget guidance and non-binding estimates for potential projects
